TERMS OF USE

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the internet shop owner must define goods delivery, return and cancellation policy. Such a policy is called a distance contract (CoM regulations).

Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered in this Internet shop from the one party, hereafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, from the other party, hereafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following agreement: by placing an order in the Internet shop, at the moment of finalizing the order a distance contract is signed with the Buyer, according the rules of the Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts” -  (CoM RULES).

Delivery and payment terms

The Buyer places an order via this homepage, indicating the amount and type of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to make the payment using the payment tools integrated in the Internet shop or paying the according invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer's e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 5 days from the moment of receiving the payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Return rights

The Buyer has the rights to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods, by sending a return form to the Seller. The Seller sends the return form to the Buyer's e-mail at Buyer's request.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 14 days from the moment of sending the return form. All expenses arising due to the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot use return rights if:

  • the goods ordered cannot be returned due to their nature, they are fast to spoil or are quick to use or consume;
  • the goods have signs of use and/or are damaged - the goods must be in the same condition as they were at the moment of purchase;
  • the Buyer has destroyed or significantly damaged the package of the goods;
  • the goods ordered are created specifically for the Buyer at an individual request;
  • the Buyer has opened an audio or video recording, or a computer software packaging.

Regulations of the Return Rights of the Consumer Rights Protection Center of the Republic of Latvia state, that "the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the return rights exercising period". The Seller maintains the rights to refuse the Buyer's return rights or to withhold a compensation fee in case the goods have been damaged, mistreated during usage, the instructions have not been followed, the original packaging of the goods has been lost or substantially damaged.

Data processing

By submitting the required information and placing an order the Buyer acknowledges he has read and agrees to the submitted data being used so the Seller can receive Buyer's order and carry out the delivery in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By submitting the information the Buyer agrees to receive messages related to the processing of his order to his indicated e-mail.

Advertising messages

By submitting the required information and placing an order the Buyer agrees, that he might receive informative and advertisement containing messages to his indicated e-mail.

The Buyer has the rights to opt out of direct marketing messages at any moment via any of the following ways:

  • using the cancellation link in the message received in the e-mail;
  • by directly contacting us via e-mail - [email protected];
  • by contacting us via our message form in the Contacts section.
